Group Structure

The Association has operated a group structure since 1999. Our charitable subsidiary company Canllaw (Eryri) Cyf manages the Gwynedd and Ynys Môn Care & Repair agencies which deliver essential adaptations and minor works for older people and people with disabilities in owner-occupied and private rented housing. Canllaw is seeking to develop other cross-tenure housing services for older and vulnerable people.

In 2010 we established a non-charitable subsidiary Cywaith Cyf to undertake wider community regeneration activity than the Association. Cywaith focuses on developing assets for social, economic or environmental benefit and facilitating community regeneration activity.
