Planned Maintenance


During 2005-06 £1.3m was spent on maintaining and improving our stock of housing for rent. Examples of the range of work undertaken are
given below,

  • Major repairs £512,493
  • Improvements £103,392
  • Responsive maintenance £381,675
  • Cyclical painting £173,040
  • Re-let costs £101,788

We are determined to ensure that we continue to provide high quality housing. Our spending plans for 2006-09 include an investment of £4.7m in our stock of housing for rent over the period.
