The Housing Service
The Association provides a service from 2 offices – the main office in
Penygroes and Llangefni in Anglesey.
We are here to help you, to discuss and advise on any problems you may have
concerning your tenancy. You don’t usually need to make an appointment to see a
member of staff but it’s always advisable to check that the staff member you
wish to see will be available when you call. You may also arrange for the
Housing Management Officer to visit you at your home if this would be more
convenient for you.
Dealing with your enquiries
-
We aim to deal with enquiries in person in a courteous and prompt manner.
-
We offer a confidential facility if you wish to discuss a matter in private.
-
We are prepared to visit you in your home for a discussion if that is your
wish.
Telephone calls
-
We aim to answer the telephone as quickly as possible and deal with enquiries
in a courteous and prompt manner.
-
When offices are closed we provide a telephone answering machine service which
gives information on our emergency telephone number should you require repair
work outside office hours.
-
Our aim is not to keep you waiting for too long if you telephone and the person
you wish to speak to is not available. Should this be the case, we will ask
whether it is possible to call you back.
Responding to Letters
-
We aim to respond to letters in a prompt and efficient manner, and will tell
you who is dealing with your enquiry and provide written information that is
clear, concise and easy to understand.
